The Spiritual Shitshow with Suzanne Sole explores the glorious mess of being human—and the weird, wonderful, sometimes woo-filled journey of healing and spiritual awakening.
What if your hardest moments were actually invitations to heal? What if your f*ck-ups were clues to your purpose? What if everything—your losses, your relationships, your fears—was secretly rooting for you?
Host Suzanne Sole has spent 25+ years walking the spiritual path (and falling off it), surviving addiction, abuse, and plenty of inner demons. She’s funny, fierce, and here to tell you: You can heal. You can grow. You can laugh your way through the whole damn thing.
With a mix of hilarious and heartfelt solo episodes, vulnerable, yet entertaining guest interviews, and real talk with therapists, ministers, artists, and creators, The Spiritual Shitshow invites you to take yourself less seriously—and your healing more personally.
